We are looking for highly motivated pharmacy technicians with a strong passion for providing excellent customer service to join our pharmacy team.  

 Job Description

• Perform prescription data entry, insurance billing, and fulfill orders with high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Help with onboarding new customers by helping set up new patient profile, insurance billing, and refill synchronization

• Be able to multi-task and respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner

• Help with packaging and labeling medications for onward delivery to customers

• Provide support and attend to customers via chat, email, and telephone

• Serve as a brand ambassador by projecting a positive attitude about our services and what we stand for

• Handle drug inventory by helping manage receiving, new orders, excess inventory and expired returns

• Maintain customer confidentiality according to HIPAA and company guidelines.

Job Qualification

• Be nice and have a strong work ethic

• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician

• High level of customer service and communication skills

• Have an active Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing

• Experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment

• Be a team player and quick learner ready to adapt to job needs

Preferred but not required

• PTCB Certification

• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
